Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We offer exchanges for different plants of equal or greater value. If the new plant costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.

We guarantee that all plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
